Ready to Transform Your Skin? Book Your Consultation
The exact product, treatment course and expected recovery will be discussed during consultation before treatment. Every skin responds differently. Temporary redness, sensitivity, swelling, dryness, flaking or peeling may form as a normal response to treatment. The level of downtime will depend on your skin, treatment area and treatment intensity.
Your practitioner will provide personalised aftercare and homecare recommendations based on your individual skin needs. Products may be selected and combined from our Illuminate, Clarify and Ageless ranges to support your specific concerns, recovery and long-term treatment plan.
Please follow your recommended aftercare carefully and allow adequate recovery time following treatments where downtime is expected. Sun protection is particularly important following skin treatments.
Redness, warmth, tightness, mild swelling and sensitivity may occur following treatment. Dryness or light flaking can develop as the skin recovers, generally settling within a few days to one week.
Avoid makeup for 24–48 hours and avoid retinol, acids, exfoliation, excessive heat, saunas, strenuous exercise and direct sun exposure while the skin remains sensitive. Do not pick or scrub flaking skin. Use your recommended post-microneedling serum, skincare and SPF as directed.
Microneedling stimulates the skin's natural repair response and supports new collagen and elastin formation. Improvements in texture, pores, fine lines and scarring develop gradually over the following weeks to months. A personalised course, commonly with treatments spaced approximately 4–6 weeks apart, may be recommended to progressively build results.
Temporary redness, warmth, sensitivity and small raised bumps around the follicles may occur and usually settle within hours to a few days. Treated hairs do not disappear immediately and will gradually shed over the following 1–2 weeks.
Laser works most effectively on hairs during their active growth phase, and not every follicle is active simultaneously. This is why a course of treatments is necessary. Hair should progressively become slower-growing, finer and less dense, with maintenance sessions sometimes required. Dermatology guidance commonly describes approximately 6–12 treatments, although your individual course and intervals will depend on the treatment area and hair response.
Once the skin is comfortable, you may shave as required between appointments. Do not wax, tweeze, thread or epilate because these methods remove the hair needed for laser targeting at subsequent sessions.
Skin usually feels cleaner, smoother, hydrated and more radiant immediately. Mild temporary redness, tightness or sensitivity may occasionally occur.
Avoid retinol, strong acids, scrubs and excessive sun exposure for approximately 24–48 hours. Follow your personalised homecare programme, including your recommended cleanser and serum, and use your recommended mask twice weekly where advised to help maintain hydration, manage congestion and support your results between treatments.
Hydration, smoothness and glow can often be appreciated immediately. Regular treatments combined with appropriate homecare may help progressively improve congestion, texture, hydration and overall skin quality.
Mild redness, warmth, tightness, dryness and sensitivity may occur. With superficial peels, light scaling or peeling may develop over the following days, although visible peeling is not required for the treatment to be effective. Superficial peel healing generally occurs within approximately 1–7 days.
Once healed, the skin may appear brighter, smoother and more even, with progressive improvement in concerns such as pigmentation, congestion, texture and fine lines depending on the peel selected. The number and spacing of treatments will be personalised according to the peel formulation, strength, skin condition and treatment goal.
Your ongoing skincare programme will be selected from our Illuminate, Clarify and Ageless ranges, with products mixed and matched according to your concerns and introduced at the appropriate stage of recovery.
Temporary redness, mild swelling, tenderness, tingling or sensitivity may occur. The treated area can also feel tender beneath the skin for several days following treatment. These are recognised responses to focused-ultrasound treatment.
HIFU generally involves minimal surface downtime. You may return to normal daily activities as comfortable. Avoid excessive heat and direct sun exposure for 24–48 hours and use recommended SPF.
Initial tightening may be noticeable, with collagen-stimulating results continuing to develop and improve over the following 2–3 months.
Fractional CO2 is a more intensive resurfacing treatment, so visible downtime is expected. Redness, warmth, swelling, sensitivity, dryness, bronzing, crusting and peeling can occur during healing. Initial recovery commonly takes approximately 1–2 weeks, although redness or pinkness may remain for longer.
Treatment depth varies according to the concern. Facial resurfacing, acne/scar revision and stretch-mark treatment may require different depths and settings, which will be determined during consultation.
Once healing progresses, the skin may appear smoother, fresher and more even. Improvements in texture, pores, fine lines, scarring and stretch marks continue progressively over the following weeks and months as collagen remodels.
The number of treatments required depends on the concern, treatment depth and individual response.
Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, small injection marks or bruising may occur and usually settle within a few days. The skin may temporarily feel sensitive following treatment.
Mesotherapy involves multiple small intradermal injections designed to deliver selected ingredients directly into the skin.
Results depend on the formulation and concern being treated, but improvements in hydration, brightness, texture and overall skin quality may develop progressively.
A personalised course is usually recommended, with the number and spacing of treatments determined by the product used and your individual treatment plan.
Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising and small raised bumps at the injection sites may occur. These usually settle progressively over the following days.
Injectable treatments commonly produce short-term swelling and bruising around injection sites.
Skin boosters are designed to improve hydration, elasticity, smoothness and overall skin quality rather than create the volumising effect associated with traditional dermal fillers.
Results develop gradually, and a treatment course and maintenance plan will be personalised according to the specific product, skin condition and treatment goals.
Swelling is expected and can be more noticeable than with other injectable treatments.
Redness, tenderness, bruising, firmness, numbness or sensitivity may also occur around the treated area.
Fat-dissolving treatments work progressively rather than immediately. With deoxycholic acid, treated fat cells are disrupted and can no longer store fat, the visible contour change develops as the body processes the treated tissue.
The number of sessions and treatment interval must be determined by the exact injectable product, treatment area and individual response rather than using one universal schedule.
Treatment results and recovery times vary between individuals. Your treatment settings, skincare programme and aftercare will always be personalised following consultation and skin assessment.
For skin treatments, your practitioner may select products across the Illuminate, Clarify and Ageless ranges, rather than recommending one standard routine for everyone. Please follow the products and instructions recommended specifically for your skin and do not introduce additional active products during recovery unless advised.
